Based on the One More Wave poll, this lineup could make more than a few people happy (and help fill out the JLA and JSA sets we've started...)
Black Canary and Two Face
Martian Manhunter and Darkseid (2.5", of course)
Kyle Rayner and Alan Scott
Zatanna and Mr. Freeze
Sign me up for a couple sets.
All names and likenesses are copyright DC Comics, etc., etc.

We're, like, some kind of rainbow.
Here's the pie chart that represents how people have been voting in the One More Wave poll. I just thought the bottom right quadrant was kind of funny.
You can see a numerical tally of the results here.
I also wanted to give a shout to the peoples' choices that didn't make the original cut when I assembled the poll: Hourman (modern, I'm assuming), Golden and Silver Age Atom, Modern Robin, Elongated Man, Wonder Girl and Superboy.
Keep voting!
Hooray! 80 signatures!
I wanted to wait until 100, but 80 happened to strike me as "psychologically important" today.
See that, DCD? 80 people who will cry themselves to sleep each night if you put an end to DC Minimates. That's an awful lot of mushy, tear-soaked pillows on your conscience.

Weighing Our Options
Interesting strategy.
Several of the folks on the Minimate Multiverse and DC Direct boards have said they're canceling their preorders for any DCD merch until they start hearing some positive news on the Minimate front.
We're going all in DC. How about you?

Save DC Minimates
Word is, DC Minimates may be headed for the big toybox in the sky. But if you're here, you must have at least some interest in that not happening.
The good news is, according to sources, there are still some characters on the drawing board. The bad news is, DC Direct is on the fence about soliciting them. Sales too low, wonky character selection, oil is just too darned expensive to be in the toy business these days – who knows what happened? The important thing is, there may be a shot at seeing the line continue, or at least go out with a bang, instead of "Ambush Bug? WTF?!?"
So I think of this blog as an open letter to DC Direct. Let them know you want more DC 'Mates, what you want to see, and what you'll do to support them.
C'mon guys. Give us one more wave.
